IKS Homes is an initiative dedicated to building residential living-learning-building campuses for Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS). These Terms apply to all visitors, applicants, visiting scholars, and resident fellows.

By accessing the site, applying for a fellowship, or entering any IKS Homes residential facility, you agree to these Terms.

Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. Fellowships are awarded based on academic rigor, Shastric lineage grounding, and project viability as determined by the Academic Advisory Council.

Living stipends, studio accommodations, and laboratory access are contingent on adhering to campus Dinacharya (circadian rhythms) and fulfilling research milestones.

Classical texts, translations, and digitized manuscripts produced under public grants remain open civilizational heritage under Creative Commons licenses.

Original software, venture algorithms, and products developed by resident fellows remain the intellectual property of the builders, subject to any venture agreements entered into with Ojas VC.

All residential sanctuaries maintain pure vegetarian dining (Sattvic Annashala), observe contemplative silence during morning and evening Dhyana hours, and prohibit intoxicants or disruptive behavior.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or campus residencies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

The Homes section of iks.homes lists homes for sale, rent and lease. Each listing is published by its advertiser, and its contact details are the advertiser’s own. If you ask about a home or request a viewing, our curators receive your message and reply to you. We do not negotiate a price, collect a commission from either side, or sign an agreement for anyone.

Before relying on a listing, verify the project, and any agent’s registration, on the website of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority of the state where the home is. A record of how an advertiser’s ownership was checked is a statement of what we saw on that date, not a title search or a guarantee of title; have a lawyer check the title before you pay anything.

A Vāstu reading shown on a listing is computed by the Ojas engine from the plan its advertiser shared. It is advisory, it is not structural, legal, planning, medical or financial advice, and it is not an approval or a certificate.

Advertisers must describe the home truthfully and may not state who may or may not live in it. We may decline, return or withdraw any listing, and a listing its advertiser has not confirmed as available within 30 days is taken off the shelf.
